OKALAM Studio develops and publishes VoteDay. We believe in full transparency about data collection. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how your information stays protected.
📋Data collected
VoteDay collects the following data, solely for the app to function:
- User identifier — A unique ID generated locally to identify your account.
- Display name & avatar — The nickname and emoji or photo you choose for your profile.
- Votes — Your answers to daily questions.
- Chat messages — Messages exchanged with your friends in the app.
- Friend code — A numeric identifier that lets other users add you.

- App functionality: votes, results, friends, chat
- Cross-device sync via iCloud
- Displaying aggregated and anonymous results
☁️Storage & security
All data is stored via Apple iCloud (CloudKit) and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. Data is protected by Apple's standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS).
🚫No data sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties. No data is used for advertising or tracking purposes.
👁️Tracking & advertising
VoteDay contains no trackers, no advertising SDKs, and does not track your activity outside the app.
✅Your rights
- Delete your account and data by uninstalling the app
- Request data deletion by contacting us
